Get Up and Go!

When I first faced life and new challenges with chronic illness it definitely changed many perspectives I had on life. For starters there's no real perfect time to do anything.

We go through life with this false idea we have to plan for a perfect time to do something and if its not that perfect time then its just not meant to happen. What if I told you that, that perfect time actually doesn't exist at all.

I mean sure some things realistically need planning like a big trip, which might need some financial planning and advance schedule planning, etc.

I have two kids, and I am in my 30's, the exact age I was planning to plan to start having kids.... years ago... nearly 10 years ago our plan was, go to school, graduate, find a job, travel, buy a house, enjoy life, save as much money possible and be financially stable, and start a family in our early 30's... because then we're mature adults 😂. Ok mature enough.... is anyone ever really financally stable, unless you just have $100,000 stashed away or win the lottery? Kids cost a lot of money so really are we ever really prepared for their cost? No! But its not like you give birth and expect to pay 1 million up front as a deposit. You figure it out as you go, as long as you have steady income coming in. Granted life does happens. Look at mine for example. It definitely didn't follow any magic book or standard or perfect timing by any means!!

There's no perfect science to life! There's no road map that says you have to live it this way and to follow it exactly as expected or else. Well obviously follow the laws or else!! Don't be an idiot!

Go out enjoy life, slow down, take a trip, people often think they have to have these perfect planned trips. Jump in the car and just drive!!! That's the beauty of making fun memories and just living your best life, sometimes you just never know where that moment will take you. Google ideas, pick a place and go.

Even with the pandemic, I know getting out is challenging, but its not impossible! Go be outdoors, explore, find an adventure. Spend time with loved ones even if you have to remain 6ft a part, its the point of being together that matters, its the memories that are most important. You can still enjoy a moment together safety!!

Stop trying to plan for these perfect timed events in life. As they say there's no perfect time then the present! Go make memories! That's going to be the biggest thing you regret when there's no time left!

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

Hi, my name is Rebecca. First I am so glad you found my blog, so welcome. I am a mom of two and an avid creator. I love embroidery, t-shirt making, and learning how to make new things in my spare time. I’ve been writing ever since I could remember as it’s my preferred method of communication. I created this blog to write out different period of my life. In doing so I hope to inspire, and encourage others to keep going. As isolating as life may get, you are never a lone.

Let the posts
